Welcome and thank you for visiting our website and reviewing our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Vedika Global, Inc., a 501(c)(3) registered religious non-profit in California, including its ecclesiastical head Acharya Shunya (legal name Pratichi Mathur, hereinafter referred to as “Acharya Shunya”), makes this website, including all information, documents, communications, files, text, graphics, and audio/visual files (collectively, the “Materials”), available for your use, subject to these Terms. These Terms apply to all websites associated with Vedika Global, Inc., including www.vedikaglobal.org and www.acharyashunya.com, as well as any other sites linked to these Terms. 1. Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between Vedika Global, Inc., its ecclesiastical head Acharya Shunya, and you or the entity you represent ("you"). These Terms apply to all websites associated with Vedika Global, Inc., including but not limited to www.vedikaglobal.org and www.acharyashunya.com. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, without prior notice to you or any Site visitor. Any updates to the Terms will apply to you prospectively, so you should check back each time you return to the Site for any updates.

2. Medical and Therapeutic Disclaimer

We provide Materials on the Site and in the courses and programs listed on the Site for general informational purposes only. These are not intended or implied to serve as medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not use this information to diagnose or treat any health issues, illnesses, or diseases. The Site is not providing any medical or therapeutic advice. If you have or suspect you have a health or medical problem, you should consult with your doctor or therapist.

3. Registration and Account Management

You are responsible for all activities with your account(on the Vedic Study Circle 'Member Portal'). You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country.

For most activities on the 'Member Portal', you must be a registered user with a username and password. Keep your password safe, as you are responsible for all activities associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting us at office@vedikaglobal.org. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use our site.

You need an account for most activities on our platform. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course or program, you get a license from us to view it via our online platforms and no other use. Transferring or reselling courses or any part of them is strictly prohibited.

In legal, more complete terms, Vedika Global, Inc. grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees or have donated as per suggested guidelines, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited.

Each course comes with access for a specified period, as mentioned in the course description. Though video access is provided in the video library of the member portal, we cannot guarantee continued access as programs may shift or change. We reserve the right to revoke any license, privileges, and services to access and use courses at any point in time if we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons.

5. Payments, Donations, Credits, and Refunds

When you purchase or donate for a course, you agree to make the payment using a valid payment method. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase or donation, please refer to the return policy specific to the course you purchased. Our default return policy is 30 days from the program start date; however, a return policy specific to a certain event or course, as specified by our website or check-out process, will override this return policy.

a. Pricing and Donations
We regularly run promotions and provide suggested donation amounts for our courses. The price or suggested donation applicable to a course will be the amount at the time you complete your purchase or donation (at checkout).

b. Payments and Donations
You agree to pay the fees or donate the suggested amount for courses that you purchase or participate in. We work with third-party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. When you make a purchase or donation, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method.

c. Refunds and Credits
If the course or program you purchased or donated towards is not what you were expecting, you can request a refund or credit within 30 days of your purchase unless otherwise stated in the course sales page or checkout page. To request a credit/refund, email us at office@vedikaglobal.org.

6. Content and Behavior Rules

You are responsible for all the content you post on our platform without infringing any copyright or intellectual property rights of others. By posting on our platform, you grant us rights to use and share the content for any purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your account for repeated major offenses.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

We own the rights to all the materials on this site and grant you access as laid out in these terms for personal viewing only. For any other use, please acquire written permission. We grant you a license to view and use the Materials subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Websites

We are not liable for any content posted on any other third-party websites that are not affiliated with Vedika Global, Inc., including www.acharyashunya.com. This Site may link you to other third-party sites on the Internet. Any links on this Site to other pages have been provided as a convenience, but we do not control or endorse these linked websites, nor review or approve the content that appears on the linked websites.

9. Wellness Program Participation

Our website,  offers a variety of wellness programs that encompass teachings related to Ayurveda, Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, and Vedic Divine Feminine (Goddess) teachings.

It is important to note that participation in these programs is voluntary and should be undertaken with a commitment to self-care and self-awareness. While our teachings provide valuable insights into holistic well-being, they are not a substitute for clinical medical or therapeutic practices. We strongly recommend that individuals consult with their healthcare providers or qualified professionals before making significant changes to their diet, herbal remedies, mental health practices, or other aspects of their wellness based on the information and guidance provided on this website.

10. Legal Terms

a. Binding Agreement
You agree that by registering, accessing, or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Vedika Global, Inc., and this includes both www.vedikaglobal.org and www.acharyashunya.com. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services.

b. Disclaimers
The Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Services or their content.

c. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Vedika Global, Inc., www.acharyashunya.com, or Acharya Shunya (Legal name Pratichi Mathur), as an individual, be liable to you or any third party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages.

d. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vedika Global, Inc., www.acharyashunya.com, its ecclesiastic head, officers, directors, suppliers, partners, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees).

e. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

f. Dispute Resolution/Mediation/No Class Relief
Any claim, action, or demand arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration, pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1280-1294.4.

11. Participation in Live Zoom Sessions

By participating in live Zoom sessions with Acharya Shunya, you acknowledge and agree that these sessions may be recorded and subsequently posted on public platforms such as YouTube. Your participation, including any questions you ask or comments you make during the session, will not be edited out of the recording. By joining these sessions, you provide your consent to be recorded and to have your participation made publicly available.

You further agree that Vedika Global, Inc., and its representatives, including Acharya Shunya, shall have the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display these recordings in any media format, without any compensation to you. You waive any rights to privacy, publicity, or any other claims arising from the use of your participation in these recordings. Your consent is legally binding and irrevocable, and you release Vedika Global, Inc., Acharya Shunya, and any related entities from any and all claims related to the use of these recordings.

12. Ecclesiastical Role and Guidance

As an ecclesiastical head, Acharya Shunya (legal name Pratichi Mathur) does not dispense medical, psychological, or legal advice, nor does she prescribe the use of any technique as a replacement for professional treatment or counsel from a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or religious advisor, either directly or indirectly. Her guidance is rooted in the Vedic and Hindu tradition, her lineage, and her personal experience. These teachings are intended to provide spiritual guidance and tools for one's journey toward spiritual growth, emotional well-being, and physical health.

13. Inclusivity and Respect for Intellectual Property

Acharya Shunya’s teachings are offered in the spirit of inclusivity and respect for all cultural and religious backgrounds. The content shared through Vedika Global, Inc., and www.acharyashunya.com is protected under intellectual property laws, and unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited. Please consult with a healthcare provider, legal counsel, or spiritual advisor before making any changes to treatment, practice, or beliefs.

14. Voluntary Donations

Donations are welcomed on this site to support the continuation of these teachings and the community. All contributions are entirely voluntary and made from a place of free will, never coerced. Donations are a personal choice and reflect the donor's desire to support this spiritual mission.

15. Hindu Religious Themes in Education

The educational content provided by Acharya Shunya and Vedika Global, Inc. is deeply rooted in the Hindu religious tradition, encompassing teachings from the Vedas, Upanishads, and other sacred texts. These teachings are presented to foster spiritual development and understanding within the context of Hindu philosophy and practice. If you feel that the religious themes in these teachings conflict with your personal beliefs or religious sensibilities, we encourage you to refrain from participating to avoid any discomfort or offense.

16. Voluntary Service (Seva)

Acharya Shunya and Vedika Global, Inc. encourage the practice of seva (selfless service) as part of the spiritual journey. Participation in seva is entirely voluntary and should be undertaken with the spirit of generosity and devotion. There is no obligation or coercion to participate in any service-related activities, and no one will be penalized or pressured for choosing not to engage in seva. The offerings of seva are intended to support the community and contribute to the collective well-being, aligning with the values of selfless service inherent in Vedic traditions.

17. Common-Sense Rules and Right to Refuse Services

In addition to the specific terms outlined in this agreement, we expect all participants to adhere to common-sense rules of conduct while engaging with our online platforms. This includes respecting the rights and privacy of others, maintaining civility in discussions, and refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

18. Right to Refuse Services

Vedika Global, Inc. and Acharya Shunya reserve the right to refuse services or revoke access to any participant who violates these common-sense rules or any other terms outlined in this agreement. This right is exercised at our discretion, and decisions to refuse services are final and binding.

19. Acknowledgment

By participating in these offerings, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions stated herein, including those related to the ecclesiastical role of Acharya Shunya (Pratichi Mathur), the intellectual property rights associated with the content, the voluntary nature of donations and seva, the Hindu religious themes of education, and the common-sense rules governing participation.
